Celebrate Valentine’s Day Weekend at Fia Steak with an intimate prix fixe dining experience crafted for romance and indulgence. The evening begins with a pristine Kusshi oyster topped with cucumber granité and Kaluga caviar, followed by a vibrant Salade Rouge of red Belgian endive, radicchio, roasted red baby beets, goat cheese mousse, toasted hazelnuts, and aged balsamic vinaigrette. For the main course, guests will enjoy a decadent Surf & Turf featuring braised beef short rib and Maine lobster, served with parsnip purée and classic sauce Béarnaise. The experience concludes with an elegant selection of petits fours.
